In an ever changing world, the investment opportunities available constantly evolve.

5th Quarter Capital has been raising funding from investors since our establishment in 2012. We are continuously looking for additional funding from investors, offering excellent returns.

Many South Africans invest in collective investment schemes, commonly known as unit trusts. A large portion of that money is invested by fund managers by buying shares in companies that are listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE).

Although the JSE provided good investment returns to fund managers historically, from August 2014 to May 2020 the JSE All Share Index did not increase in value over the entire period of almost six years.

The Rand/Dollar exchange rate is at the same level as it was more than 5 years ago, which means that offshore investments have also not provided the higher returns that were anticipated.

On average if you had invested in unit trusts 6 years ago, you would have earned less than 4% per annum on your investment, including the recent increase in share prices since November 2020.

If you had invested with 5th Quarter Capital 6 years ago, you would have consistently earned in excess of 18% per annum on your investment.
